The good thing about dual-SIM phones aside from their obvious utility is that they are quite easy on the pocket. We are not quite sure about the connection between the two, if there is any. All the phones on this list cost under Rs. 5,000 that come with a fairly handy set of basic features and a little something extra to set itself apart in a crowded herd.
Alcatel Ice 3’s OT 520D is a dual-SIM phone that also comes with two memory expansion slots which should make segregation of data a lot more easier. The novelty feature of this phone is ‘caller video’ that lets the user associate videos with contacts, instead of still images. Other known features of this phone include wireless FM with recording and a two megapixel snapper.
