Upcoming Games in November

November is traditionally that time of the year in the gaming business when the big-label publishers release their strongest contenders. As a consequence, it is also the months of sequels, as few publishers are brave enough to release a game based on a brand new IP. This year, Bethesda Softworks is releasing the fifth installment in its flagship Elder Scrolls series, Electronic Arts is having yet another go at Need for Speed, THQ is releasing Saints Row: The Third, Ubisoft has Assassin’s Creed Revelations coming out and finally it’s also time for another installment in the hugely popular Call of Duty series.
Elder Scrolls is that of kind of an RPG which is epic both in its potential and scale. Famous for its expansive game-world, non-linear story and character progression, Elder Scrolls games represent some of the golden years of computer role-playing games. This time the game takes place in the northern regions of Skyrim, where the player takes control of a dragon-born—the Dovahkiin.
