Samsung’s dual-core powered NF310 netbook unveiled
Samsung is the latest in the fray to release dual-core processor powered netbooks, following releases from HP and Acer. The Korean giant has chosen to call its offering NF310, which may soon replace the incumbent NF210 that is doing rounds in the market.

Just like most other netbooks in this category, the Samsung NF310 will be powered by Intel Atom N550 processor that has two cores on a dye, clocked at 1.5GHz. This is supported by 1GB RAM and a 250GB HDD running Windows 7 Starter edition. The screen is a 10.1” HD LED back-lit display with a 1366 x 768 resolution. The netbook can connect to the internet using the built-in Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n) adapter and the battery juice is expected to last about nine hours. The NF310 is expected to be released soon at a retail price of USD 399.
