Jolibook: a netbook by creators of Jolicloud

The developers of Jolicloud will be releasing a specially branded netbook called Jolibook. Details on the netbook’s specs are scare at this moment; however, we do know that it will run on a dual core Atom N550 processor, with a 250GB HDD. Externally, the Jolipad will have three USB ports, an Ethernet and VGA jacks, a 10” screen and keypad with flat keys and a single-button touchpad.  

 

The ‘Cloud’ in Jolicloud lets its user save their desktop settings with the Jolicloud servers, which can then be retrieved on another machine running Jolicloud OS. These settings are mainly user-created shortcuts to web-apps like Gmail and Facebook that run on Chromium web browser.
