Dell introduces two Inspiron laptops in India

Dell has release two models in its Inspiron M501R series of laptops, dubbed T540901IN8 and T540902IN8, that are both powered by AMD technology.

T540901IN8 gets AMD Phenom II Triple-Core Mobile Processor N850, 64-bit Windows 7 Home Basic, 3GB of DDR3 RAM, a 320GB hard-drive and ATI Mobility Radeon™ HD 550v with 1GB VRAM. The latops screen is a 15.6” widescreen HD glossy screen with LED backlight. Bundled software includes Microsoft Office Starter 2010 and McAfee Security Center with 15 months validity. This laptop is on sale for Rs.36, 900.

On the other hand, T540902IN8 is powered by AMD Phenom II Quad-Core Mobile Processor N930 and is supported by 4GB of DDR3 RAM. This model gets slightly more storage space with a 500GB hard-drive and the pre-installed operating system is 64-bit Windows 7 Home Premium edition. All other specs and bundled software are pretty much the same as T540901IN8. Better specs of this model pushed its price to Rs.42, 900.
