Samsung: Galaxy Tab may cost between USD 200 and USD 400

 

Report coming in from South Korea places the price of Galaxy Tab anywhere between USD 200 to USD 400. The Wall Street Journal  has citied Samsung product executive Hankil Yoon, who said that the device will likely cost between 200 and 300 US dollars. Meanwhile, Korean Times  referred to Shin Jong-kyun, president of Samsung’s mobile division, who said that the price could be between 300 and 400 American dollars. It seems that the final price of Galaxy Tab is heavily dependent on carrier subsidies, which are undisclosed at the moment. Shin confirmed that the device will be available in Europe in early October, while carries in Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan have been signed by Samsung
