Notion Ink opens second round of pre-orders, PixelQi + 3G Adam priced at Rs. 27,649

Notion Ink has opened up their second round of preorders for the Adam, and we received an e-mail invitation to order one. There are six possible configurations, one with a 3G radio that works in the US. Their PixelQi Wi-Fi+3G tablet works out to be quite cheap, price-wise, when compared to the iPad, Galaxy Tab, Dell Streak, OlivePad and S10-3t. Prices for their four versions are below.
LCD Adam with Wi-Fi: Rs.18916

PixelQi Adam with Wi-Fi: Rs.25122
PixelQi Adam with Wi-Fi & 3G: Rs.27649
The PixelQi upgrade nearly costs as much as an entry-level Wink e-reader, while the 3G upgrade is quite affordable - just Rs. 2,500 more than the Wi-Fi version.
