Huawei MediaPad now on sale in India, priced at Rs. 28,000

Although Huawei made the official announcement for its MediaPad quite a while ago, it is now available for purchase in India. The device is up for grabs on Adexmart and Letsbuy, both online retailers have priced it at Rs. 28,000.
Huawei has also partnered with Aircel, so if you have an Aircel connection you can avail 3GB of free data for the first three months. Considering that a few tablets have recently seen price cuts, the MediaPad seems like an expensive buy, and the key differentiator here would be its pixel density. However, we would hold our opinions until the review.
Specs-wise, the MediaPad includes a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor, runs Android 3.2 Honeycomb, has a 5-megapixel rear camera, 1.3-megapixel front facing camera, 4100 mAh battery and a 7-inch display with 216 ppi pixel density.
