Samsung Galaxy S III would be 7mm thick and will launch in May?

Word on the web is that Samsung will not reveal the Galaxy S III at the Mobile World Congress this year. However this highly anticipated device may make it to the market sometime in the month of May. However take all this information with a pinch of salt, as these are just rumors and there has been no official confirmation on the same.

Apparently, the Galaxy S III is expected to have a similar Super AMOLED HD display to the Galaxy Nexus, but in a 4.65-inch size. Also, this upcoming smartphone may be just 7mm thick and this sounds very impressive. Seems to me, this time Samsung took some inspiration from Motorola.

We are awaiting the launch of this smartphone and although its exact launch is still uncertain, the device is expected to launch in the European region in May and we are guessing that it may land in India in a couple of months later.
