Apple's patent violation claims against Motorola rejected

 

It is not the end of patent warfare, but recently Apple’s patent violation claims against Motorola were rejected by the ITC in US. However this was a preliminary ruling and the final ruling is yet to be made by the ITC.

The patents which Apple had included consist of touchscreen, multitouch use and software installation technology. ITC has discarded all the claims made by Apple in the preliminary ruling and Motorola came back with counter claims from its own arsenal. While the final decision is yet to be made, this hearing will surely play a major role.
