Lie Detector for Android [Review]

 

Lie Detector is a free app available on the Android market which works by gauging the stress level in a person's voice. Developers say the app is based on research by NATO, if that's an organisation with a rep for honesty to go by. Regardless, this is a fun application and shouldn't be used for unwieldy purposes, though it most likely will be adopted by the likes of reality TV personal-life-wreckers.

 

 

 

The interface of the software is very simple. To start the test, press the mic symbol and ask a person to speak, or ask them a probing question.

 

 

 

 

The red lines indicate definite deceit, yellow, for high stress and green is truth! I think this is too cool for a cell-phone!

 

 

 

The menu is very simple with the least number of options, with a terrific response. Sadly enough, after the 2.1 upgrade, it isn't working on my Hero.

 

 

The next thing an Android phone requires is weapons! I will make sure to find some and review them for a complete spy! Make sure to download this application and have some fun with your friends and family. Though I think its better to keep it off limits for family.
