App of the Week: IP Messenger

Available as a free download on the Mac, PC, Android and iPhone, IP Messenger is a convienient, frills-free way of transferring files across devices wirelessly. 

 

 

 

IPMessenger is one of the easiest ways to transfer files to your Android Device, as well as send and receive messages on a Local Area Network. All you need to do is install the client on your PC, and once your Android device is on the same network, you can just drag files onto the message window and transfer them at LAN speeds. Forget Dropbox or Airdrop, this is one of the best ways to sync files and folders across the network.
