CES 2012: Samsung Series 7 Smart Station

As part of its preview ahead of this year’s CES, Samsung has teased us with the Series 7 Smart Station (CB750) that is a follow up to the Central Station. The product has been designed by Samsung as Part HD monitor, part wireless docking station with the ability to find a laptop equipped with the included wireless USB adapter, within a 5-foot radius.
The CB750 Series 7 Smart Station has Mobile High Definition Link (MHL) capability for use compatible smartphones, like the Samsung’s own lineup of Android phones. The unified hub’s interface can also connect to regular mouse and keyboard to control or operate and smartphones connected to device over MHL. The Smart Station will be going on sale in March 2012 with prices starting at $549.
