Deep Black Announced

Is it just me or does the name Deep Black sound a bit provocative? No? I guess it’s just my perverted little mind then. Anyway, the makers of the highly ill received Naughty Bear are now working on a brand new action game that takes players underwater immersing them in a world, rarely explored in video games today.

Using a proprietary underwater physics engine Deep Black guarantees some nifty effects like "undulation, water distortion and dynamic light play".  The game’s also being optimized for Nvidia’s 3D vision technology so if you have the hardware, you’re in for a real treat.

Besides all the underwater action, players will also take to the surface for some conventional third person shooter fare against "ruthless bioterrorists" indulging in all sorts of nefarious activities.

Deep Black will release for the Xbox360 and PS3 sometime later next year.
