Disney moving to wholly own Indiagames

Tech blog All Things D claims to have gleaned from their source that Disney is moving to acquire its remaining stake in Indiagames. Disney already owns a substantial chunk (about half) of Indiagames through its acquisition of UTV, in July this year. According to the original source, Disney will be spending as much as $50 million for Indiagames.
In the same month (July) as the move for UTV acquisition, Disney announced the closure of BlackRock Studios in Brighton, UK. The studio specialized in developing racing games, and in the recent past have developed solid racing titles such as Pure (2008) and Split/Second (2010).
Both Disney and Indiagames have declined to comment on the deal. Judging by the Indiagames website, their main business appears to be mobile and browser games and digital distribution of PC games. These days everyone with sacks full of money seem to have an interest in this space. Indiagames are responsible for such titles as Cricket WorldCup Fever, Bruce Lee Dragon Warrior, Godzilla — Monster Mayhem and Acorn Mafia.
