E-book readers have always tried to bridge the gap between the comfort of regular books and the convenience of digitized data. At the center of this endeavor is the E Ink display screen that has couple of advantages over traditional LCD displays for reading. Text displayed using the E Ink panel looks a lot like ink printed on paper, and does not require any backlight source. Also, the screen does not need constant refreshing when displaying static images, unlike LCD displays.
