Games of the Year: Jan-June Edition

We're almost half way through the year 2011, which seems to be a good time to look back at all the amazing games that have entertained us, earning a 9/10 rating or above in our reviews. We've played a lot of games so you don't have to, only 12 games made the cut. We haven't stuck to any particular platform or genre - reccomendations include a $1 app, which deserves a mention as much as standard PC and console fare. Only one game can be the Game of the Year, vote with your keyboards in the comments below. These are our contenders so far.
