D-Link’s Boxee Box media player has been officially released in India with an estimated street price of Rs. 13,999. The player can connect to media on a local network or on the internet using either an Ethernet connection or Wi-Fi. Alternatively, it can also connect to an external storage device using one of its two USB ports. The Box connects to an external display using HDMI and it also has optical-out for audio signals.
